I am a ceramic artist.
Each earring is personally shaped and glazed by me,
then fired twice at a high temperature of 1230 degrees Celsius.
These earrings are a microcosm of my years of creation,
more than just an object,
they embody technique, the kiln's firing, past accumulations, and present expression.
The clay comes from the earth of Taiwan,
the glaze is a product of nature.
In this city,
they are a ritual that connects us to the land,
allowing for spontaneous, rule-breaking personal styling,
a reminder that we all still possess a childlike heart.
