Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains unique natural markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal within our scope, provided the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid large scars, so please consider this carefully if you are concerned.
