Canyoning is a skill that uses the friction of the rope and the descender to safely control the speed of descent, which is different from tracing the river. Force majeure factors such as weather
In case of irresistible factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rains and road conditions, for the sake of safety, the coach reserves the right to change the itinerary according to the actual situation, and can choose to postpone or cancel the refund (the refund fee will be deducted 200 yuan per person for administration and will be refunded after the insurance fee).
When arriving at the scene on the day of the activity, if the coach judges that there are safety concerns and announces the cancellation of the activity, it will be refunded after deducting personnel and insurance expenses of 200 yuan per person.
If the weather changes suddenly during the activity, or the whole course is not completed due to safety considerations and personal factors, no refund will be given.

Cancellations made 7 days before the start of the tour will be fully refunded.
If you apply for cancellation 4-6 days before the itinerary (including the 6th day), 30% of the order fee will be deducted as a handling fee.
If you apply for cancellation 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) before the start of the itinerary, you cannot apply for a refund.
If you apply for cancellation on the day of the trip, you cannot apply for a refund.
If you apply for rescheduling due to personal factors, it will be deemed as a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation terms.
During the event, if participation in the event is suspended due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer, the money will not be refunded.
