《 Seasonal little bird 》Spring Swallow

Hand-making small pottery Hiyoko by Manju(*) mold which I inherited by an old Japanese confectioner. It is weighted heavily as inside filled with soil. (*Japanese steamed bun filled with sweet bean paste) This is a Swallow. A spring bird. This is custom made products which I make after you ordered. It features a red face and a long tail. The whole body is applied matt glaze. In my case, put it on the papers or the cards as use it as the paper weight. There is slender Hiyoko, little fat Hiyoko, even Hiyoko made by the same mold. Depending on conditions and adjustments when I made. Sometimes body tilted to the right or left ... they have their own personalities, hope you'll find a favorite one. Height : 3.5cm Weight : about 50g
