**Repair Service**
Within six months of purchase, any damage not caused by external force will be repaired free of charge. Damage resulting from pulling, squeezing, or collision during wear, such as breakage, deformation, scratches, or diamond loss, is considered damage caused by external force and will incur a repair fee.
**Product Packaging**
Every diamond jewelry piece you purchase comes with a brand gift box, shopping bag, diamond polishing cloth, and a brand certificate of authenticity.
**Special Note**
Some diamond jewelry products are made from 10K gold, which has a lower gold content than 18K gold. If you experience skin allergies when wearing jewelry, we recommend choosing 18K gold pieces.
