Warranty Period: The product comes with a two-year free warranty from the date of sale. ‧ The warranty card must be filled with the purchase date (no alterations allowed) and stamped with the warranty seal. If the card is lost but proof of purchase date can be provided, it will be considered valid. ‧ For issues outside the warranty scope or beyond the warranty period, lifetime repair services are available. The buyer will be responsible for round-trip shipping and repair part costs. 2. Warranty Coverage: Handles, pull rods, and wheels are covered under warranty. ‧ Defects caused by material issues or manufacturing flaws are also covered. ‧ This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, external factors (especially damage during transportation, such as deformation, breakage, structural damage, scratches, abrasions, etc.), or damage from liquid exposure that affects usability. 3. Repair Service Process: ‧ Please take photos of the item before sending it for repair. ‧ Contact customer service by phone before shipping the item back to our company (round-trip shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility). ‧ For repairs outside the warranty scope or beyond the warranty period, our repair team will assess the cost and contact you for a quote. Repairs will commence after your confirmation. 4. Repair Timeline: ‧ Standard repairs: Approximately 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time). ‧ Expedited repairs: Approximately 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time). An additional fee of $150 NTD applies for expedited service. ‧ If parts need to be ordered from overseas, expedited service is not applicable, and the waiting period may be 2-3 months. 5. Exclusions: If the luggage is damaged during airport handling or due to other external forces, please file a claim directly with the airline. This is not covered by our company's warranty. 6. Repair Item Storage Period: Items must be collected within three months from the date we notify you. Unclaimed items after this period will be considered voluntarily abandoned, and we will not be responsible for their storage. 【Important Notes】 1. Original parts may not always be used for repairs. If original parts are out of stock or discontinued, replacement parts will be used. 2. Please provide a box for repairs. Items should not be handed directly to the delivery driver without packaging, as they may refuse to accept them. 3. Within the warranty period, present your warranty card to receive free repair services as described within the warranty scope. If damage is due to improper use or the warranty card cannot be presented, repair costs for parts will still apply during the warranty period. 4. In the event of any damage to the luggage during airline transit, please ensure you file a claim with the airline before leaving the airport. If a claim is not filed promptly, the customer will be responsible for the repair costs of parts not covered by the warranty.
