Using the two main ingredients of Taitung's local red oolong and red quinoa, yeast, acetic acid bacteria, and lactic acid bacteria were used to develop a fermented vinegar brewed with a special and unique four-stage fermentation process. The taste is sour and refreshing, and there will be a faint tea flavor left in the mouth after entering the throat. After a long period of fermentation and resting, it retains the sour and refreshing taste of vinegar but does not choke the throat. It is highly recommended to mix it with sparkling water and soda to make a refreshing drink!

How to drink:
Detailed taste: Take 20-30ml of vinegar solution, add ice cubes, and drink slowly in small sips. Let the cool and sour taste brew and spread in your mouth before swallowing, and savor the sweet and fruity throat notes.
Drink as you like: Take an appropriate amount of vinegar and mix it with water or sparkling water 3 to 8 times into a cup. You can drink as much as you like and enjoy the slightly sour taste with a hint of fragrance.
