・This section pertains to handmade workshop bookings.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us at least "3 days in advance" to arrange a new session time.
・Rescheduling is permitted only for sessions within "2 months" from the original booking. If no suitable time is available, a refund can be processed.
・For refunds, please contact us with your bank account details (account name and number). Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
・As instructors prepare materials and set up the venue in advance, refunds and rescheduling are not possible on the "day of the class." Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture of the class fee.
・In the event of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., typhoons, heavy rain) or official government-declared work/school closures, we will proactively notify all participants. The affected class will be rescheduled, can be transferred to another course, or a full refund will be issued.
・To ensure a conducive learning environment for all participants, attendees arriving "15 minutes after the scheduled start time" will be considered absent and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
・To respect other participants' time and ensure a smooth class flow, please arrive promptly. Please avoid being late.
・A pre-class notification will be sent 2-3 days prior to your session. Please ensure your email and contact information are accurate to avoid missing this notification. If you do not receive it, it may be due to spam filters; you may proceed directly to the venue without further phone contact.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate in the class. Companions without tickets are not allowed to join or attend, to ensure the experience for registered participants.
・If the minimum participant count of 6 is not met three days before the scheduled session, Chuàn Chuàn Handmade Accessories reserves the right to cancel the class and will notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・To ensure the smooth progression of the class, please refrain from eating during the session.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・The organizers may conduct photography and videography during the class for documentation and promotional purposes, which will be uploaded to Chuàn Chuàn Handmade Accessories' social media after the event. Your likeness in these images may be used for event records or future recruitment campaigns.
・If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform the instructor during the class, and we will take special care to accommodate your request.
