Double-sided printing; the back features the same design as the front. 2. Adding an extra cut-out head incurs an additional charge of NT$50. Important Notes// 1. Colors may vary slightly due to differences in computer/phone displays and printing processes. As each custom item is unique, perfectionists should refrain from ordering. 2. Please provide your favorite photo. If you wish to change the photo after the draft is completed, a revision fee of NT$100 per photo will apply. 3. We aim for a natural look, adjusting lighting and tones without beautifying filters. If this is a concern, please provide a photo that has already been edited. Refunds & Returns// If you wish to cancel for a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee of NT$100 per photo will be charged. Customized items are exempt from the seven-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. (We are unable to resell your custom-ordered product.) In cases of defects, shortages, or discrepancies with your order, please contact us, and we will assist you. Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or personal aesthetic judgments. Custom Order Instructions// 1. Select your desired custom item and complete the order and payment. 2. After completing your order, please contact customer service. 3. Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo selection with you. 4. Once the photo is confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. Within 1-3 days of starting the design, a draft will be provided for your review and approval. 6. Upon confirmation, printing and production will commence. Printing typically takes 30-35 business days, though some items may take longer as specified in their individual descriptions. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of shipment once your printed item is packaged. Early arrivals will be shipped out promptly.
