My fourth original picture book, "The Donut's Hole," is officially published!
From the moment Little Donut was created in 2023,
he carried my own insecurities and lack of self-confidence;
and he has accompanied me on my journey of growth ever since.
From a zine to a fully published picture book,
this journey has been truly magical.
During the creative process,
I often felt
as if I wasn't the only one creating Little Donut,
but that we were growing up together.
Compared to myself three years ago,
I think I'm "more able" to accept my imperfections.
Of course, this path is still long,
but I want to walk it slowly and am willing to continue moving forward.
Notably,
just a few days after "The Donut's Hole" was published,
my sister's child came into the world.
He's named "Little Bun."
I hope this book can accompany Little Bun as he grows,
and no matter who you are,
your uncle loves you.
There will be many events related to "The Donut's Hole" coming up,
and I invite everyone to show their support 💛
