No need to add extra allowance or tightness yourself. As each piece is handmade, we aim for a comfortable fit, typically leaving about 1cm of slack. If you prefer a snugger or looser fit, please note this in your order. ❤️ ●● The cord is a consumable material. It is normal for it to loosen or break after a period of wear! Regular cord replacement is a form of maintenance for your bracelet. ●● ●● Warranty & After-Sales Service ● We offer a 1-month warranty. If the bracelet detaches or breaks due to normal wear, we will re-string it for free (you will only be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee). ● If the cord becomes worn after extended wear and you wish to replace it, there will be a nominal fee of $100 NTD plus the round-trip shipping fee. ● If you wish to replace spacer beads or accessories after prolonged wear, there will be a material and labor fee of $200 NTD plus the round-trip shipping fee. (Replacement of main charms or special accessories is not included and will be quoted separately based on the design.) Important Notes: ● Natural gemstones may exhibit internal ice patterns, cracks, cotton-like inclusions, mineral defects, or symbiotic minerals, which are normal occurrences. ● All product images are of the actual items. Due to variations in computer monitors, lighting, and angles, please refer to the actual product. ● Measurements may vary by 1-2 cm due to different measurement methods; this is within the normal range and unavoidable. ● To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, handle it gently. Avoid forceful pulling or impact. ● It is best to avoid wearing jewelry while bathing or immersing it in water. When engaging in activities like sports or swimming, remove your crystal jewelry to prevent damage from chemical agents to accessories and crystals. ● When precious metal accessories come into contact with air, moisture, cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, or sweat, oxidation and darkening may occur over time. This is a normal process. ● Our K gold accessories offer excellent color retention. To maintain their appearance, avoid scratching the surface. With proper care, the color can be preserved for several months, or even longer, depending on your usage habits. ● The cord on crystal bracelets may occasionally become visible due to handling or stretching. Simply slide the beads to tuck the cord back inside.
