Refunds & Returns // If you wish to cancel for a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee will be charged at NT$100 per photo. Custom-made items are not subject to the seven-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. (We are unable to resell your ordered product) In cases of defects, shortages, or discrepancies with your order, please contact us, and we will assist you. Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or personal aesthetic judgments. Custom Order Instructions // 1. Select the item you wish to customize and complete your order payment. 2. After completing your order, please contact customer service. 3. Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo placement with you. 4. Once the photo is confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. For physical product mockups, a draft will be provided for your review and confirmation within 1-3 days. 6. After your confirmation, printing and production will be arranged. Printing typically takes 30-35 business days, though some items may take longer. Please refer to the individual product description for specific timelines. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of dispatch once your printed product is packaged. If it arrives early, it will be shipped out ahead of schedule.
