・If you are unable to attend after completing payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system. A 30% service fee will be charged to cover all incurred expenses. As the designer needs to prepare materials ten days in advance, refunds or exchanges cannot be processed within ten days prior to the event.
・To comply with epidemic prevention measures, please wear a mask. Your temperature will be checked before entry, and admission is permitted only if your temperature is below 37 degrees Celsius and you have sanitized with alcohol.
・In support of environmental protection, only reusable bags will be provided for the event.
・If you need to reschedule, please contact the designer via private message to arrange a new date and time.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the on-site instructor. Any damage caused by violations will be the participant's responsibility.
・In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, Ocean Art Lab will proactively contact participants to reschedule or issue a refund.
・If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to Ocean Art Lab, no refund will be issued.
・If the class is canceled due to force majeure such as natural disasters, Ocean Art Lab will proactively contact participants to reschedule or issue a refund. In the event of a typhoon, the closure and class cancellation standards announced by the event's location will be used as the standard for class commencement and refunds, irrespective of the participant's location.
・Ocean Art Lab may take photos and videos of the experience activities for event records or future promotional use. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
