Preserved/non-fading flowers have an optimal viewing period of 2 years and can last over 3 years with good care, though they will gradually fade over time. 2. Dried flowers can last from several months to 1.5 years with good care, but they will naturally fade, turn yellow, and shed over time. 3. Preserved/dried flowers should not get wet and should be kept out of direct sunlight. If dusty, gently brush off with a soft brush. 4. If preserved flowers or leaves become damp, they may release colored glycerin, which can stain hands and other flowers. On consecutive rainy days, use a dehumidifier. If mold appears, spray with alcohol, gently wipe dry with a paper towel, or allow to air dry.
