※ The studio space is limited and it is not possible to bring a companion to the class.
※ Children under 12 years old are specially allowed to experience with one parent. Please be sure to inform in advance when registering to reserve a seat.
※ Admission will be open on time before the event. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the experience, please do not be late. Those who are late for more than 10 minutes will not be admitted and no refund will be given.
※ If the flowers are out of stock or of poor quality, the flowers will be adjusted according to the situation.
※ If you are unable to attend for some reason after registration, please contact us 2 days before the course starts for rescheduling or refund; if you cancel within 2 days of the course, no refund will be given.
※ In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, the brand will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.
※ Participants should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructor. If there is any violation and any damage is caused, they will be responsible for themselves.
※ In response to environmental protection, please bring your own reusable bags to take your works home.
※ The organizer will take side photos of the experience activities as needed. In the future, photos and images containing your portrait may be used for event records or other recruitment channel promotions. If you do not want to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event site and we will take note and make special arrangements.
