Near the Himalayas, to brave the extreme cold, the people of Kashmir developed water-boiling wool, a refined craft utilizing their natural environment. Due to the high altitude, water boils at a lower temperature. In the early morning, as the sun rises, wool products are steeped in melted, high-altitude snowmelt, then heated to a boil. As the sun sets in the evening, the woolens are dried under the moonlight. This intricate process not only removes impurities but also causes the wool to contract, tightening the fibers. Finally, women hand-weave and embroider each piece, creating textiles with unique colors and stitches.

Material
100% Himalayan Kashmir Wool
Dimensions
70 x 180 cm
(Measurements are taken horizontally and by hand. Due to variations in measurement methods, fabric elasticity, and starting points, actual dimensions may differ slightly. A margin of error of ±3cm is within international inspection standards.)
Recommended Cleaning Method
1. Prepare a basin with an appropriate amount of laundry powder and lukewarm water. Stir evenly. Lay the scarf flat in the basin and gently press it up and down with both hands about twenty times. This allows the cleaning solution to permeate the fiber gaps, preventing the fibers from tangling.
2. Rinse using the same gentle pressing motion until the scarf is clean.
3. Gently squeeze out excess water. Lay the scarf flat on a towel or drying rack in a cool, shaded area to air dry naturally. Direct sunlight can cause the wool to yellow.
