▶ Ticket Purchase Details
1. Upon ordering, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please provide your desired engraving text in the "Message to Designer" field after confirming your choice.
3. Your booking is confirmed only after a store associate from the experience event location contacts you to verify your appointment date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared after order placement and payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 design hall can issue a unified receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. No refunds will be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
