▶ Ticket Sales Policy
1. After placing your order, the system will send an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your chosen engraving content in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store representative from the workshop location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared after placing and paying for your order; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified receipt. If you require an invoice with a company name and tax ID, please provide them in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
