As the fabric is woven on shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki, occasional "weaving imperfections" may appear, which can initially look like "fraying." While these are unavoidable with the use of vintage machinery, we diligently work to minimize them through thorough factory inspections and careful fabric cutting, using them in less conspicuous areas when found. However, due to the nature of the machinery, complete elimination is not possible.
