It is meticulously fashioned from "Pueblo," a premium vegetable-tanned nubuck leather from Italy, celebrated for its beautiful, vibrant coloring. Pueblo leather initially has a slightly dry feel to the touch, but it becomes wonderfully supple with use. Its rich texture is captivating from the start, and it ages beautifully, developing a unique patina over time. Tanned with 100% vegetable tannins, Pueblo nubuck leather is characterized by its natural grain, often displaying subtle markings such as growth lines and blood vessels, which are testaments to the life of the animal. These characteristics are an integral part of the leather's natural charm and texture. As it is dyed with transparent dyes, the color may also vary slightly with each batch, potentially differing from the sample images. The Pueblo leather we use is a joy to watch age. When new, it has a subdued, slightly matte finish, but with use, it develops a beautiful sheen and its color deepens, allowing you to fully experience the delightful transformation that is the hallmark of genuine leather goods. The notebook, pen, and ink shown in the images are not included. Due to the nature of natural leather, there may be slight variations in color, grain patterns, or minor scratches. These are considered inherent characteristics of vegetable-tanned leather and contribute to its unique appeal.
