What is the wood firing process?** American, Japanese, and Miaoli clays are blended in different proportions. The creation process involves pure hand-pinching (not a potter's wheel) to gradually form the shape, followed by trimming the lines of the body after basic shaping, and then polishing to complete the greenware. Once in the kiln, the wood firing process using natural longan and acacia wood takes five days and four nights of continuous firing, reaching temperatures over 1200 degrees Celsius. During this process, natural ash deposits adhere to the work, forming a special ash glaze. Simultaneously, the kiln's flames flow between the pieces, creating beautiful orange-red or blue-purple flame patterns. After five days and four nights of ash and flame interaction, a week of cooling is required before a piece achieves its beautiful form! What should guests be aware of?** Product colors may vary slightly due to photography lighting. As the works are purely handmade, they will inevitably bear traces of the hand-crafting process. Slight variations may also occur during the firing process, such as slightly uneven rims or minor production scratches, which are considered normal and do not affect usability.
