Please confirm that the key for your desired key case matches the product (Figure 2) to avoid errors. The items sold in this store are only the key cases. The key in (Figure 2) is for customer reference and confirmation only, and is not included with the product. All products are tested to ensure they do not affect signal reception and can be used directly. Our fully-enclosed key cases are suitable for Keyless smart entry systems. They are not applicable if your car requires a physical key to start the ignition! Our uniquely designed key cases have an opening for self-installation or battery replacement, eliminating the need to damage the main body. This differs from traditional methods where edges are sealed, causing difficulty in removing the key. 2. Leather Color Selection Choose your preferred leather color from the color chart options (Figures 4, 5, and 6). Due to the complex dyeing process for vegetable-tanned leather, unlike the uniform brightness of synthetic leather, there may be slight color variations between different batches of leather. Additionally, screen output can vary slightly across different phone and computer brands. For those sensitive to color, we recommend choosing black. Perfectionists, please refrain from ordering. 3. We strive to complete your order as quickly as possible, with a production time of 5-14 days. Leather Introduction We use 100% premium Italian vegetable-tanned cowhide, tanned using natural plant tannins, paired with high-quality brass hardware from Taiwan and Japan. Natural vegetable-tanned leather, unlike synthetic leather, is not coated with chemical layers. Characteristics such as grain lines, color changes from friction, insect bites, and minor scratches are normal natural features of the leather and cannot be presented to industrial standard specifications. Craftsmanship Techniques The key cases utilize a leather shaping technique, harnessing the strong resilience of vegetable-tanned leather, fixed into shape using ancient methods. Meticulous hand-cutting ensures the key case fits with near-perfect symmetry, with precise edge perforations for stitching. Hand-stitched using the traditional double-needle method with German parachute thread, ensuring high strength and durability. An incremental polishing process, with repeated buffing and grinding, achieves a smooth, warm finish on the edges of the key case.
