2. For laser-engraved items, please specify your desired engraving in the "Message to Designer" field once the text is confirmed.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store partner from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared upon order and payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), we will proactively contact you to arrange rescheduling or a refund.
