Return or collect your item: Once the engraving is complete, we will ship it back to you or arrange for self-pickup according to your preference. [About Customization] Scope: Glass items: Text engraving / Pattern engraving Artwork: If you cancel the order after the draft is provided, design fees will apply: Draft fee $150, Portrait design fee $100/person Text: The more letters, the smaller the font. Chinese, Japanese, and numbers are all acceptable. Photos: Clear half-body/full-body photos. Portrait drafts are drawn based on photo similarity; please choose your photos carefully. Drawings: A draft will be provided after payment is confirmed. Minor adjustments are allowed. Redrawing based on a changed photo or canceling an order after the draft is made will incur artwork fees. Additional fees of $100/person apply for artwork exceeding two people. Engraving: By default, all labels will be removed and engraving will be on the front. If different designs are engraved on the back, an additional $100 will be charged. Colors can be gold/silver. Additional colors can be discussed with us, with an extra charge of $50 per additional color. Timeline: Work will be completed 3-5 working days after the draft is confirmed (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
