・Transportation: Take a train to Taichung Station, then board bus number 35 from Platform D to the "Botanical Garden (Jianxing Rd.)" stop. Walk forward, turn right onto Huafu Street, and continue for about 4 minutes. You will see the 'Infinite Heart Life' cafe.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the session has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order checkout, the purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Once a class is full, no further registrations will be accepted. Unpaid orders are not included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our Facebook page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following refund policy applies:
・According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted 60 days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total fee paid will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between 59 and 8 days before the class starts, 90% of the total fee paid will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between 7 days and 1 day before the class starts, 80% of the total fee paid will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the reschedule option; if you cannot meet the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
・For cancellations on the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided, as materials and venue arrangements will have already been finalized. Participants who do not show up will be considered forfeitures.
・To ensure the rights of other participants, anyone arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account number and name. All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・This activity is open to participants aged 10 and above.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unpaid companions are not allowed to enter or join the activity, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is intended. Please contact the venue in advance for such exceptions.
・If the minimum number of participants is not met two days prior to the scheduled start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a rescheduling option or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・No outside food or beverages are allowed in the handicraft studio. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve lemon tea and tropical fruit tea.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos featuring your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional activities.
・If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
