<Beauty that brings you happiness, one of a kind in the world>
The material for this creation is celebratory kimono fabric, chosen from thousands of pieces sleeping in chests. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted with wishes for the happiness of the person who holds it.
<Japanese-style gifts>
Utilizing kimono fabric that would otherwise be stored away, we create items that give form to the beauty and loveliness of small fabric scraps, adhering to the local tradition of Wataricho, Miyagi Prefecture, where elderly women say, "Don't throw away cloth that can wrap three grains of adzuki beans." These are also well-received as gifts to accompany small tokens of appreciation or greetings.
<An item that adds radiance to your back>
This hair accessory blends seamlessly with any outfit, not just kimonos and yukatas. It allows the wearer to express their individuality. It can be used as a retro-modern hair accessory, as well as an arm band or book band. It's convenient to have one in your bag.
<Auspicious patterns that signify happiness>
These are celebratory patterns used as "signs of happiness" because they are auspicious. Understanding the meanings of Japanese patterns connects us to the depth of Japanese culture passed down through generations.
<Chrysanthemum pattern>: "Longevity," "Wish for rejuvenation," "Prayer for health." Chrysanthemums were believed to have anti-aging properties and were used medicinally. They are considered the king of flowers and an auspicious sign of longevity.
<Tortoiseshell pattern>: "Success in love," "Marital harmony," "Longevity." This pattern is modeled after a turtle's shell. In ancient times, this pattern was believed to possess spiritual power, and was therefore used only for nobles or mystical objects. It is also a symbol of longevity.
<The happiness of gazing, the joy of collecting>
Kimono fabrics with auspicious patterns that please the eye are items that bring to mind images of happiness just by looking at them. By collecting your favorite pieces, you can enjoy creating your own personal gallery.

<Notes for purchase>
※As all items are handmade, please understand that each piece is unique, with slight variations in size, shape, and pattern.
※On rare occasions, if we obtain particularly well-preserved kimono fabric, we may produce multiple items from the same fabric. Please understand that the pattern's appearance may differ slightly from the photo due to the cutting position of the fabric.
※Please note that colors and textures may appear different on screen compared to the actual product. If you have any concerns, please contact us or refrain from purchasing.
※The kimono fabric used as material is often secondhand, and its material cannot be identified. We thoroughly inspect and process the fabric, including washing, before remaking it. Depending on the fabric, it may fade or shrink when wet, so please handle with care.
※As we also sell on other sites, please forgive us in case of a sell-out.
