"Opal" A mineral mainly composed of silicon, the same as quartz, it is a highly soft stone with a lot of moisture due to its origin. Opals that have a play of color that shines in rainbow colors depending on the angle you look at them are called precious opals, and those that do not sparkle are called common opals. Among the many stones, it is said to have a particularly bright energy, symbolizes free energy, enhances imagination, and seems to have the effect of bringing out hidden talents within. It is sensitive to direct sunlight, so a little care should be taken when handling it. "Silver 925" Silver 925 (also known as sterling silver) is silver that is 92.5% silver mixed with other metals such as copper. Since 100% pure silver is not durable enough to be used as accessories, it seems that 925 silver is very often used for accessories. Another characteristic is that silver 925 as raw silver is rarely sold to the general public. Like brass, silver also darkens or yellows due to the components in the air and becomes "sulfurized," so it is easier to maintain its shine by wiping it after coming into contact with water or sweat, and keeping it away from air during daily storage. You can remove the blackening by polishing it with silver polish, but silver polish contains abrasives, so you need to be careful not to polish it too much or polish the natural stone and damage it. The most important thing to be careful of is entering a hot spring. Please avoid bathing in hot springs while wearing silver products, as they may turn black due to the effects of sulfur and become impossible to polish.
