2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section once confirmed.
3. Registration is complete only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared after payment, so please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
