・ Upon arrival at the store and confirmation of your chosen style, if you wish to change your design (only available for styles with materials in stock), you may do so by paying the price difference. No refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced styles. ・ Class registration secures your spot. If you have a companion, their participation will be considered based on available space in the classroom on the day, but companions cannot participate in the hands-on experience. ・ Please arrive on time for your scheduled class. To ensure ample practice time during the experience, kindly avoid being late. ・ During the class, the instructor will demonstrate each step once and provide students with practice materials for one attempt before working with the official materials. If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to personal error, a new set of materials will require a separate purchase. ・ The silver ring class takes approximately 2-3 hours (duration varies depending on design complexity). After the class, the instructor will refine and polish the finished piece, which takes about 2 hours (you may explore nearby shops and return to pick it up). If you require same-day pickup, the latest reservation slot is 15:30. If same-day pickup is not necessary, you may book an evening slot, and the completed piece can be mailed to you (free shipping) or picked up later. The "Metalwork Handcraft Class" is an introductory-level formal course in metalworking, taught by a professional metalwork instructor with one-on-one demonstrations. A wider range of tools are used, therefore, participants must be high school or vocational school level (or above) and be able to strictly follow the instructor's teaching methods to ensure safety during the learning process. ・ It is essential to adhere to the instructor's guidance on the safe operation of tools and equipment. Students are required to wear safety goggles, masks, aprons, and closed-toe shoes during the class. Failure to comply may result in the instructor discontinuing the session, and the individual failing to use equipment safely will be responsible for any resulting hazards. ・ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disaster on the scheduled class date, the class will be canceled in accordance with the government regulations of the store's location, and a new date will be arranged. ・ The company reserves the right to alter course content. If a store event necessitates a change, participants will be notified in advance to reschedule the class.
