1. If you are unable to attend on the scheduled date, you may transfer your spot to someone else or reschedule once within 3 days prior to the class (for a session within the next 3 months). A refund is also possible, subject to a 30% service fee of the course cost.
2. On the day of the class, as time, space, and materials have been reserved, and to ensure the rights of other participants, ' failure to attend or arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of your class rights, and no refund or rescheduling will be possible. '
3. In cases of confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis or illness preventing attendance, please provide relevant medical documentation and notify us in advance via message. We will discuss appropriate arrangements.
4. Due to limited space and to maintain the quality of the class and the experience for other participants, ' only ticket holders are permitted to attend. Companions are unfortunately unable to join the session. '
5. In the event of inclement weather or other force majeure circumstances (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes...), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule.
6. If you do not wish for photos or videos of the event featuring your likeness to be uploaded to our brand's social media for event records or promotional purposes, please inform us at the venue.
