| Important Notes for Course Registration | 🔎
1. If you are unable to attend on the scheduled date, you may transfer your spot to someone else or reschedule once up to 3 days before the class (for a session within the next 3 months). A refund is also an option, subject to a 30% service fee of the course cost.
2. On the day of the class, as your time, spot, and materials have been reserved and prepared, and to ensure the rights of other participants, **No-shows or arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the class right, and no refunds or rescheduling will be possible.**
3. In cases of confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis or illness preventing attendance, please provide relevant medical documentation and notify us in advance via message. We will discuss alternative arrangements.
4. Due to limited space and to maintain a high-quality learning environment for all participants, **Only ticket holders are permitted to attend. Companions cannot join the session.**
5. In the event of inclement weather or other force majeure circumstances (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes...), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule the session.
6. If you do not wish for photos or videos of the event featuring your likeness to be uploaded to the brand's social media for event records or promotional purposes, please inform us at the venue.
