[Rescheduling and Refund Policy] [Workshop Cancellation Policy] Upon completion of payment, if you are unable to attend, you may request a refund through the order system. A 30% service fee of the activity price will be charged. As venue and materials need to be prepared ten days before the event, cancellations will not be accepted from one day before the event up to ten days prior. * For cancellations notified ten days prior to the workshop (excluding the event day), the full refund will be issued after deducting the service fee. * Cancellations made within 10 days prior to the event day are not accepted. You may transfer your spot or reschedule once. Please inform us and provide the name and contact information of the substitute participant. * If you choose to withdraw from the workshop during the event for reasons not attributable to the organizer (e.g., you no longer wish to continue, you feel unwell and cannot proceed), no refund will be issued. * Rescheduled workshops are not eligible for cancellation. * Changes to the date are not accepted 3 days prior to the event and on the event day. Changing on the event day will be considered forfeiture of the course, and no refund will be provided. 📌 We will reschedule your session in the following situations: ⚠️ In case of natural disasters (e.g., typhoons), based on the suspension of classes announced by the Tainan City Government four hours before the scheduled time. If your city is subject to relevant restrictions, please inform us in advance. ⚠️ Due to other force majeure factors (e.g., power outages / equipment malfunctions) that prevent the workshop from proceeding. ⚠️ Important Notes 1. Due to high demand for bookings, please inquire about availability before placing an order. 2. Workshop times are based on the schedule provided. If adjustments are needed, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 3. Overtime incurs an additional fee of $250/hour. Fractions of an hour will be charged as a full hour. 4. Collaborative projects will incur an additional fee of $300/person. 5. Please privately message us your desired design 5 days before the workshop begins for review by our team. 6. For those who are late due to personal reasons, if the artwork cannot be completed within the allotted time, extra time will not be compensated, and overtime fees will apply. 7. Tufting guns are potentially hazardous and require a certain amount of physical strength. For safety reasons, participants under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 8. To avoid delaying the teaching progress and affecting the rights of other participants, please arrive 5-10 minutes in advance. 9. If the "fabric is damaged" due to improper operation to an extent that the artwork cannot be repaired, a new fabric sheet must be purchased at an additional cost of $500 per sheet. Overtime fees will apply.
