Unlike PU or patent leather which appear flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique textures and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins, which are not considered defects. Minor indentations and scratches during processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal within acceptable ranges, as long as the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. While the finished product may not be as perfect as machine-produced items, it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, as time passes and with different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratch marks, deepen in color, and gain a polish, gradually revealing a unique appearance that is exclusively yours. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches due to varying stock and storage times. Even on the same piece of leather, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between orders placed at different times. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This product is made-to-order for customization. Please specify your custom requirements such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font" when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at checkout, it will be assumed that you agree to the designer selecting the stitching color and leaving the embossing area blank. As each order is custom-made, it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
