* To ensure a quality learning experience, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving too early.
* To maintain the flow of the class for all students, latecomers cannot receive individual explanations. Please do not be late as it may disrupt the ongoing lesson.
* To uphold the rights of other participants, entry will be denied for arrivals exceeding 10 minutes past the start time. You may reschedule for another session (one-time only).
* Food and drinks are prohibited in the classroom. Please bring covered beverages to prevent spills.
* Classes may be filmed for use as marketing material on the brand's website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform staff on-site so we can avoid capturing your image. Your presence in the class implies consent for Dottie Studio to use images and footage featuring you and your work.
* The classroom operates by appointment only. Once booked, classes are non-cancellable and non-refundable, and same-day rescheduling is not permitted. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is allowed once, within two months, under the following circumstances:
1. Weather-related closures announced by government authorities for your region.
2. Unforeseen events such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness (as outlined above).
4. Special circumstances: illness or traffic accidents may be discussed.
