During the package delivery process, the cotton rope will inevitably be entangled or folded. It is normal if the whiskers and tassels are messy and skewed during delivery. When receiving the goods, please gently untie the thread segments and use a flat comb to tidy up the tassels or leaf tassels. That’s it.
