We cannot guarantee that the final product will be an exact replica of the model. Please consider the felted wool dog as a mascot inspired by the model. We will do our best to create a similar likeness, though we cannot accept changes that require starting the process all over again. Please note that the felted wool dogs are delicate and cannot be used as toys for small children or pets. They are primarily meant for display purposes.
