Gently slide the earcuff onto the thin upper part of your ear and slide it downwards. If it doesn't fit, slightly widen the gap. 2. Once you've slid it to your desired position, gently pull on it to check if it will come off. If it comes off easily, gradually narrow the gap to adjust. 3. Once you've adjusted it to your perfect gap, you can put it on and take it off while keeping that same gap. You do not need to adjust the gap each time you wear it.
