playing card with size illusion

This is a playing card with size illusion. Blue circles of 8mm to 20mm in diameter are printed every 1mm. Can you distinguish circles of the same size without being fooled by the illusion around the circles? The rules are simple. It can be played just like Bubba-Dubba of ordinary playing cards. You play by removing two jokers and one card (not to be seen). If the same pair of cards are played, they are put on the field, and the first player to run out of cards in hand wins! The point is to play on the "omote side" where the circles are printed! Try to play on the omote side, holding the cards in a way that hides the numbers. The answer is right in front of you, but you draw a circle of a different size! Enjoy the fun of the optical illusion. The number on the card indicates the size of the circle. For example, 8 means 8 mm, 20 means 20 mm, and so on. But, aren't the circles the same size even if the numbers are on the card? Isn't this printing wrong? I am sure some of you may think so. So we printed a ruler on Joker. If you are wondering if the circles with the same numbers are really the same size, please try to measure them with the joker.
