▶ Important Notes ・If you are registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before proceeding with your registration. ・Upon completing your order and payment, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please report to the venue directly at the scheduled time; no further SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent. ・Orders that are not paid for will be considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once full, and unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list. ・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02)2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows: * According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the "Educational Law Governing Supplementary Schools and Tutoring" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Institutions," as announced by the Executive Yuan Consumer Protection Committee: A. For refund requests submitted sixty days prior to the class start date, 95% of the total amount paid will be refunded. B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine and eight days prior to the class start date, 90% of the total amount paid will be refunded. C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and the day prior to the class start date, 80% of the total amount paid will be refunded. * Rescheduling is permitted for classes within the following 2 months, provided you proactively inform us of your chosen date. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund. * On the day of the class, as materials and seating arrangements are already prepared by the instructor, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their spot. * To ensure the rights of other participants, arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture. * For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account number and name). Refunds will be processed via cash transfer. ・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this activity. ・Only ticket holders may participate. Those without tickets are not permitted to accompany participants or join the activity, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is intended. Please contact the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions. ・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days prior to the event date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer participants the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. ・Please arrive on time for the activity. To ensure a smooth experience, kindly avoid being late. ・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the studio. This workshop includes self-serve iced tea (black or green). ・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance. ・In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or refunds. ・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Your image may be used in event recaps or future recruitment materials. ・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the venue, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
