1. Upon purchase, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your order.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your appointment date and available seating.
4. Material preparation begins after order payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a uniform invoice receipt. If you require a company receipt with a unified invoice number, please provide the company name and unified invoice number in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
