White Jambhala Thangka
The White Jambhala is one of the Five Great Wealth Protectors in Tibetan Tantra. In Tibetan, he is called "Zambalukalbu" or "Zangla Gabo," meaning White Wealth God. Because he rides a dragon, he is also known as the Dragon-Riding Jambhala Vajra.
His white body signifies the purification of all sentient beings' defilements caused by poverty. His three eyes represent compassionate gaze across the three realms of existence. His merits include dispelling illness, removing all poverty and hardship, and bestowing wealth upon sentient beings. His right hand holds a wish-fulfilling jewel, symbolizing the accumulation of merits from all wealth deities and the ability to alleviate the suffering of beings facing hunger.
