◐Things to note when registering ・The predetermined size for placing an order is S, other sizes can be selected at an additional price on site. ・Course time varies slightly depending on the number of people and style, approximately 2 to 3 hours. ・On the day of class, it is recommended to arrive 10 minutes early to choose a style. ・Please allow sufficient transportation time for the experience. The experience quota is reserved for 10 minutes. If you exceed the time limit, you will automatically give up the experience qualification, and the order fee will be converted into brand shopping credits. ・In order to maintain the quality of the class, no accompanying persons are allowed in the venue. ◐Refund plan ・If you contact us 4-7 days before the class date, you will receive a 80% refund of the fee or assistance in changing the course date. ・If you contact us 1-3 days before the class date to cancel, you will be refunded 50% of the fee, or we will help you change the course date. ・If you contact us on the class day, you will not be able to get a refund or change the course date. We will only provide repurchase of branded products. ◐Change date ・The date can be changed only once, within three months from the original reservation date. Failure to do so will be deemed as giving up the experience qualification. ・After confirming the rescheduling, if you are late for class or do not attend, no refund will be given and no repurchase of branded products will be provided. ◐Conditions for class suspension In the event of an uncontrollable natural or man-made disaster, and the government announces the suspension of classes in Hsinchu County and City, the classes for that day will be suspended. We will proactively contact you about rescheduling.
