1. Upon placing your order, a "Digital Ticket Notification" will be sent by system.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired inscription in the ["Message to Designer"] section.
3. Your registration is complete only after a staff member from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm the appointment date and availability.
4. As materials are prepared after payment, please book your session at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 design studio can provide a standard invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a unified invoice number (統編), please provide the company name and tax ID in the ["Message to Designer"] section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of a class cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
