Due to Taiwan's humid climate, it is recommended to open the lid periodically (please assess the climate conditions yourself) for natural air-drying or sun-drying. Once moisture seeps into the ashes, it is irreversible, so please be mindful! To open the lid, always grasp the 'body of the urn' firmly. When lifting or carrying the urn, it is also essential to grip the 'body of the urn' and not just the lid to prevent the contents from causing the lid and body to separate and break due to weight!
