If required, we can provide a receipt for businesses exempt from unified invoices. . . // Return & Exchange Policy // ➊ According to the "Regulations on the Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Dissolution of Distance Transactions," Article 2 specifies seven situations where the seven-day appreciation period does not apply to distance transactions. The first situation covers products that are perishable, have a short shelf life, or are nearing expiration at the time of return or cancellation. Examples include fresh milk and cakes, which typically have a shelf life of less than 7 days, or only slightly longer, making them unsuitable for resale after return. ➋ According to the "Regulations on the Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Dissolution of Distance Transactions," Article 2 also specifies that customized products are exempt from the seven-day appreciation period. Therefore, custom gift boxes are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period. ➌ For food hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened, used, or consumed, or products that have deteriorated due to reasons other than shipping-related temperature loss, are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period. ➍ Returns based on subjective personal opinions are not accepted. This includes reasons such as "it doesn't feel right," "it tastes different than I imagined," or "it should look better," etc. ❺ We carefully inspect all products before packaging and shipping. If you receive a product with significant defects or an incorrect quantity (contents) compared to your order, please contact us within two days of receipt so we can promptly address the issue. To ensure there is no intentional damage, we recommend recording a video while inspecting the product upon arrival. ❻ In the case of severe product defects, we will only offer an exchange for the same product as originally purchased.
