Unlike PU or patent leather which appear flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique patterns and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches during processing, transportation, and production are also considered normal within the acceptable range, as long as the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for large scars. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide due to differences in grain and dye absorption. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.)
