A: Delivery dates from Monday to Saturday can be specified (Saturday deliveries are only available during the noon slot). This may be subject to change during national holidays, based on Black Cat's announcements. Q: When do you recommend delivery? A: The cake will arrive frozen. We recommend delivery one or two days before the celebration. Thaw it in the refrigerator the day before and it will be ready for the celebration. Q: Can I pick up at a convenience store? A: We currently do not offer convenience store pickup or cash on delivery. We use Black Cat's low-temperature frozen home delivery service. Q: What kind of pet photo is required? A: Please try to ensure the pet's ears and face are not cropped out of the photo for the best results. 【Ordering Information】 • Cakes are recommended to be ordered 10-15 days in advance. If you are unable to order within this timeframe, please message us to inquire if we can create a cake for you before the celebration date. • The cake will arrive frozen and requires thawing time. Please schedule delivery for one or two days before the celebration, not on the celebration day itself. • Orders with added fondant figures will be updated daily in the store based on the monthly order volume. You can place an order within the selected date range for delivery. • As this is a custom cake, production will only begin after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. If payment is overdue and the order is canceled by the system, it will be considered a forfeiture of the reservation, and no production will be arranged. • If you decide to cancel your order, you may do so up to seven days before the original delivery date. If your pet is allergic to this ingredient, it can be replaced with mashed sweet potato for frosting. Cakes frosted with pure sweet potato will have limited options for writing, color choices, and designs, and will be of a pure sweet potato color. 【Cake Body Ingredient Description】 • For Dogs: Meat + Broccoli + Carrot + Chia Seeds • For Cats: Meat + Dried Fish Flakes + Chia Seeds • If there are no allergenic ingredients, both dog and cat cake bodies can be enjoyed by all pets. • The cake body will be filled into a mold to the specified portion. The amount of moisture lost during baking varies with each batch. Cookie designs are randomly matched. • Due to varying sensitivities to color tones among designers, only color schemes are provided. The depth of color within each scheme is determined by the designer. 【Thawing Instructions】 • It is recommended to thaw the cake in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before the celebration. If it is still frozen, thaw at room temperature or gently microwave on low power, and consume within 2-3 days. • Thawing at room temperature typically takes 1-2 hours. It is normal for some water to appear during this process. • For fully frosted cakes, a protective bubble wrap will be applied around the sides for shipping. Please remove this bubble wrap while the cake is still frozen to prevent sticking. • When refrigerating or freezing, please keep the cake inside its box to prevent it from drying out due to direct contact with cold air, which can lead to severe cracking of the cake's surface. 【Shelf Life】 • When received frozen, the cake can be stored in the freezer for 15 days, or in the refrigerator for 3 days. 【About Fondant Figures】 • Fondant figures can only be added as an upgrade when purchasing a cake; they are not sold separately. • Fondant figures are customized to resemble the pet's appearance and fur color. Our shop's style for fondant figures is cute and chibi. • Fondant figures are made from fondant, which is composed of a large amount of sugar. They are not recommended for pets to consume. • Upon arrival, fondant figures can be brought to room temperature. They may appear sticky due to moisture during this process but will gradually dry out over time. • Storage: Once dry, fondant figures can be stored in a cool, dry place. 【Shipping Information】 • Black Cat low-temperature delivery incurs an additional fee of NT$160. • For deliveries to outlying islands (Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, Green Island), please inform us separately, as shipping fees differ from the main island. • The following areas are excluded from package delivery services: Penghu County (Huxi Township, Wang'an Township, Qimei Township), Kinmen County (Lieyu Township), Wūqiū Township, Taitung County (Green Island), Pratas Islands, South China Sea Islands. • There are inherent risks associated with cake delivery. The risk must be borne by the customer. • We take photos of all items before shipping. Upon receiving the cake, please inspect it immediately for severe damage affecting its shape or spoilage due to temperature issues. If there are any problems, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible for further assistance. • For delivery-related matters requiring special instructions for the driver, please note them in the remarks section when ordering, and we will add them to the delivery slip. • During peak delivery periods (e.g., Lunar New Year, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Double 11), Black Cat cannot guarantee next-day delivery. Please order in advance and schedule delivery 2-3 days before the celebration to avoid missing the event. • Due to high shipping volumes during peak festive periods, delivery quality may be less stable. We strongly advise scheduling delivery in advance to avoid these busy times. We are not responsible for any damage to cakes delivered during Black Cat's announced peak periods. Please consider this carefully before ordering. • While delivery dates can be specified, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances related to the delivery company, such as being unable to contact the recipient, no one being available to receive the package at the delivery address due to personal reasons, or unavoidable factors (e.g., typhoons, natural disasters). • If ordering more than two cakes to be sent to different addresses, please place separate orders. 【Delivery Date Recommendations and Regulations】 • It is best to schedule delivery 1-2 days before the celebration date to allow for a buffer in case of any uncontrollable delivery delays. • If you are sending a cake to a location like a guesthouse, hotel, or restaurant for a celebration, please arrange for early delivery to the celebration venue. The venue owner can then properly store the cake to prevent same-day delivery issues. • If you find that the cake has not been delivered on the specified date and time, please contact Black Cat customer service or us before 17:00 on the same day. We will investigate the situation and resolve the issue. Waiting until after the delivery company's operating hours will result in delays in processing. We are not responsible for issues reported after operating hours. • If the recipient needs to be contacted by phone upon delivery, please inform us, and we will add a special note for the driver to prevent them from leaving if no one is available at the delivery address. • If you are unsure if someone will be available to receive the delivery or if the recipient can answer the driver's call, we recommend picking up the package yourself from your local delivery station during operating hours.
