The Laos beans in this year’s Pacific Rim Green Bean Evaluation stood out from 96 countries and became one of the 2022 representatives! The Pacific Rim region produces nearly half of the world's coffee and is an important coffee-producing region in the world. Among them, Hawaii in the United States breeds top-quality specialty coffee beans with its fertile volcanic rock soil. This summit is directed by the Council of Agriculture of the Executive Yuan and organized by the Taiwan Coffee Research Laboratory. In about two days of drying time, the moisture content of green coffee beans can be reduced to the storage target of 12~13%.
