The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please expect a waiting period. If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to confirm if expedited production is possible. Items processed by our factory may require a longer lead time. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving... Items priced above NT$2,000 will be presented in a jewelry box (a separate purchase is required for items under NT$2,000). 2. Non-plated sterling silver items will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items purchased will be packaged with minimal materials (items with boxes will still include them). If separate packaging is preferred, please inform the designer. For jewelry with gemstones or plating, it is recommended to remove them before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemical substances (such as perfume). 3. When not in use, wipe with a soft cloth/polishing cloth and store in a sealed bag. 4. For plated jewelry, wipe with a soft cloth; do not use a polishing cloth. 『Returns Information』 Returns and refunds are not accepted for custom orders that deviate from the product description in terms of color, specifications (gemstone color, layout, size, material, plated or unplated), engraving, or conversion to clip-on earrings.
