**What are Life Codes? Simply put, your birth date holds the key to your innate personality. It helps us gain a deeper understanding of ourselves. First, we need to identify our Life Code number (please refer to the Life Code Hologram in Figure 9). **If you are a Number 7 (for Number 7 characteristics, please refer to Figure 8) Number 7 Essential Oil Ingredients: Verbena, Bitter Orange, Eucalyptus, Cypress, Patchouli, Scots Pine, Sweet Orange All-natural essential oils with no artificial fragrances. The base is perfumer's alcohol. The overall aroma is fresh and citrusy. **How to Use 1. From Figure 8: You can understand the emotions or behaviors you exhibit when you are in a low-energy state. Maintain self-awareness. When you notice yourself in a low-energy state, gently shake the essential oil bottle a few times to fully blend the oils and base. Spray it on your wrists (from a distance of 15-20cm), wave your hands a few times, and then inhale. You can also spray it directly onto clothing or fabrics. This helps you return your mood to a balanced energy state, reminding yourself to find equilibrium. 2. Which Essential Oil Number Can I Use? The numbers that have a greater representation on your Life Code Hologram are the ones that influence you more significantly. Any number that appears signifies its corresponding traits. Therefore, any appearing number is a valid choice. Please refer to the blue text explanation in Figure 9. Using the small flower icon as an example, the most dominant number is 2, at 65% (unmarked numbers are all 5%). Our personal recommendation is to choose oils that enhance your existing strengths, such as the empathy, communication, and coordination abilities of Number 2, or the meticulous optimization skills of Number 6. **Precautions 1. For external use only. Avoid spraying directly into eyes, mouth, or nose. 2. Some essential oil ingredients are not suitable for pets, pregnant women, or infants/young children. Please avoid use. 3. For sensitive skin, test on a small area first to check for any adverse reactions.
