When the brewing water level reaches about 60-70%, the flow rate slows, extending the contact time and surface area between water and coffee grounds, yielding a brewed coffee with a rich, sweet flavor. The dripper body is fired in a gas kiln at 1235°C, featuring a single-line blue and white glaze for a minimalist, elegant, and uniquely functional aesthetic.
