However, dip pen holders are no longer part of their product line. These are brand new, unused stock items from the 1960s, originally displayed on store cardboard. We are now opening them to share with you. The glossy enamel barrel boasts bright colors. These are brand new, unused vintage items from over sixty years ago. The wooden pen barrels used back then are more robust and have a finer texture than modern products. However, after decades, the barrels show minor signs of age. If you are seeking a 100% flawless barrel, please reconsider this item. This model is available in four colors: Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow. Due to the nature of yellow lacquer, which is more susceptible to aging, some surfaces exhibit cracking. This is why the price is lower. If you require a yellow barrel in better condition, please inquire about current stock availability before placing your order. Each pen barrel comes with a transparent pen holder (the cap has cushioning material). We will also wrap them in paper before shipping to prevent damage during transit. Dip pen nibs and barrels are considered consumables, and wooden barrels have a limited lifespan. We recommend allowing the barrel to air dry after each use before storing it in the holder. This helps prevent corrosion of the metal tip and moisture damage to the wood, thereby extending the life of these vintage pen barrels.
